First Grade

My name is Kendra Konigsberg, and I am absolutely thrilled to be your child’s first grade teacher this year. This will be my fifth year at Eberwhite, and my fourth
teaching first grade. I love being part of this wonderful community and am so excited to continue this journey with you and your child.

A little about me: I grew up right here in Ann Arbor and attended Ann Arbor Public Schools myself. I graduated from Northern Michigan University in December 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. During my second year of teaching, I earned my master’s degree in reading education from Arkansas State University’s global campus.

Outside of the classroom, my husband, Sam, and I have a one-year-old Labradoodle named Luna. She is full of personality, keeps us on our toes, and brings lots of joy and laughter to our home!

Teaching has always been my passion, and I’m truly honored to be part of your child’s educational journey. I look forward to a fantastic year filled with growth, learning, and lots of fun!

Welcome to first grade! My name is Emme Mileski, and I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year. This will be my 2nd year teaching 1st grade at Eberwhite, and I am looking forward to getting to know you all! I earned my Master’s in Elementary Education from Oakland University. When not at work, I enjoy going to the movie theater, spending time with friends and family, and going for walks!

This will be my 7th year teaching and my 3rd year at Eberwhite! I’ve had the joy of teaching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades, most recently 3rd grade. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 with a Master of Arts in Educational Studies.

In my free time, I love to read, write, spend time with my family, and hang out with my dog, Percie. I’m looking forward to partnering with you to support your child and to a wonderful year ahead!
